Silent Auction and Pot Luck Supper

Participants can bring one or more gently used items that can be part of the Auction.
Each person will be given 5 lottery tickets which can be put with any one of the items.
You can bid 1 to 5 tickets depending on how badly you want an item.
After all participants have used their tickets we go to each item and pick a winner.
It’s a lot of fun and you may find something you have always wanted and it’s free.
That is how this silent auction is played.

The tickets will be issued after the food and before the auction starts

A friend of mine will help set up the tables with the various items for auction

Members who bring items should have them there before 5.45 pm

Members can bring their favourite potluck dishes to share with other members

Active Members  -  no fee

Guests  $5.00  pay at venue
